
Smoked Corn Kob
Smoked corn on the cob is a delicious variation of the classic corn on the cob dish that adds a rich, smoky flavor.
Ingredients
- 1. Fruit O Snack Corn Kob
- 2. Butter softened- (1 stick)
- 3.Minced chili- 1 tbsp
- 4.Finely chopped cilantro- 1 tbsp
- 5.Garlic, grated or minced- 1 clove
- 6.Salt
How to cook
- 1. Mix the butter, chili, cilantro, garlic, and ½ teaspoon salt in a small bowl with a rubber spatula. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2.Grill the corn using a fire from a stove evenly.
- 3.Spread the butter mixture to the grilled corn kob evenly.
