
Dry Prawns Curry
Nachos and Veggies Loaded is a delicious and satisfying dish that combines the crunch of nacho chips with a variety of savory toppings.
Ingredients
- 1. Greens Foody Dry Prawns- 2 tbsp
- 2. Chili powder- 3 tsp
- 3. Turmeric powder-1 tsp
- 4.Salt
- 5.Raw Mango-1
- 6.Coconut grated
- 7.Shallots- 2-3
- 7.Mustard seeds
- 7.Dried Chilli
How to cook
- 1. Saute 2 tablespoons of Greens Foody dry prawns.
- 2.Grind coconut and shallots in a mixer.
- 3. Put some water in a clay pot. Add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and sliced raw mango.
- 4.Add the sauteed dry prawns to the water.
- 5.Add the mixed coconut to the clay pot. (Do not wait to boil)
- 6.Fry mustard seeds and dried chili in a pan with some oil.
- 7.Add it to the curry and your Dry Prawns curry is ready!
